Sourcing & Supply:
MHW’s BrandArc program offers a streamlined approach for private label brand development by sourcing liquid from wineries, distilleries and breweries, componentry and co-packing, including vendor pricing negotiation and budget management. MHW has a client network of hundreds of suppliers from all over the world for sourcing.
The BrandArc program can also provide a full end-to-end project management service to build a critical path to launch and route to market plan.
Logistics & Forecasting:
MHW handles all logistics needs for private label programs across importation, including international freight and customs clearance, domestic out of state shipping to US wholesalers, and warehousing.
MHW uses a sophisticated proprietary software system for forecasting, demand planning, inventory control and risk management.
Import & Compliance:
MHW assists with all federal and state compliance needs to import and sell private label wine, spirits, beer, and RTD products to US wholesalers nationwide, including formulas/COLAs (Certificate of Label Approvals), state brand registrations, price posting, and state tax gallonage reporting. MHW will manage the order fulfillment process, including receipt of purchase orders for processing, invoicing and collections.
MHW also offers wholesale clearing services in New York, New Jersey, Florida and California for direct to retail order fulfillment to on/off-premise chains and independent accounts.
Distributor Management:
MHW supports brands and retailers with distributor management, including pricing support, billbacks, and programming.
MHW will auto generate purchase orders to suppliers via its proprietary software based on forecasting and retail demand of the private label program and coordinate with distributors for order fulfillment.
