The cost of building a beverage-alcohol brand can vary greatly based on the scale and vision of the project.

BrandArc has worked on a variety of projects since its inception in 2020 ranging from smaller, boutique, single sku brands, to national brands with multiple skus and products in multiple states.

Smaller Scale (<$50,000)

A great example of a small but mighty brand is The Barrister’s Cocktails.

In June of 2025, a Texas lawyer named Brandi came to BrandArc with a modest budget and a vision of combining her love for the law and her love of Old Fashioneds.

BrandArc managed her project from start to finish including graphic design, liquid formulation, co-packer and componentry sourcing, and route to market strategy, all while keeping the costs within the discussed project price point.

The first of The Barrister’s Cocktails officially launched earlier this year with The Appeal, an Apple Flavored Ready to Drink Old Fashioned.

While Brandi plans to add skus to her repertoire in the future, this initial launch of a single sku in a single state makes this a smaller scale project.

Medium Scale ($100,000 – $150,000)

Dr. O’ Neal is an environmental scientist and bourbon lover. She is passionate about saving the planet and was adamant that her brand’s liquid would merge luxury and sustainability.

BrandArc started working on this project in late February 2024 , sourcing liquid, componentry, managing graphic design, brand identity, and organizing first production. The most daunting of those tasks by far was finding the right liquid.  After 15 different tastings and trials with liquid from various distilleries with sustainable practices , Dr. O’Neal settled on a premium priced bourbon that kept in line with the brand ethos of New Dawn.

New Dawn is a medium scale project as the client chose deluxe priced, sustainably sourced liquid for her 2 skus.

Large Scale ($250,000 +)

Maru-Hi is the largest scaled product in BrandArc’s portfolio.

It is a sparkling, canned cocktail with 9 skus that are currently available in 2 states.

BrandArc offers Supply Chain Management services for this venture.  That involves logistics, ordering raw materials, warehousing, scheduling production, forecasting, demand planning, and establishing reorder points, and setting buffer stock levels.

BrandArc coordinates all of this with stakeholders in 4 countries and across the United States as well as 7 warehouses, each able to accommodate specific material needs.

This already large scale project will only grow in the years to come.
